We are delighted to have launched Wetherby Legal Hub, a community advice service for members of the general public.

One of our legal experts will be at Wetherby Town Hall on the third Thursday of each month from 11am to 3pm.

Every month we will be offering our time free of charge to people in the local community. This is an ideal opportunity to bring your questions and seek expert advice on everyday issues, such as:

  • Do I need a Will?

  • What happens if I need help managing my affairs?

  • What do I need to do if a loved one dies?

  • What if I have been cut out of a Will?

  • I am worried about how someone is managing a loved

  • one’s money

  • How does inheritance tax work?
